Abstract
In this paper,it research on the technics of laser cladding on steel 35CrMo, and analyze their processes, cladding microstructure and overall performance in the Ni-based alloys by adding a certain amount of WC hard phase am rare-earth oxides Y2 O3 cladding layer on the organization's performance improvement results. Analysis of test data shov that a variety of mechanisms to strengthen joint action, so that the hardness and wear resistance of the cladding layer ha: been significantly improved. Add a WC hard phase, little change in hardness of the cladding layer, but greatly increaset the degree of wear resistance; rare-earth oxides Y2O3, cladding grain has been refined, it has a hardness and wear resist ance greatly enhanced.关键词
