摘要

Abstract

According to the problems in the treatment of the defects on the surface of precise spare parts, computer visual technique was used to extract and analyze the defect image on the surface of precise spare parts, which improved the real-time automatic recognition of mechanical spare parts in production and the accuracy of the distinguishing, and imbedded-style system was combined for controlling. This paper designed an automatic recognition system for defect image on the surface of spare parts based on machine vision, which used image processing and pattern matching method to realize the extraction of defect image on the surface of spare parts, prepared for the treatment of defects on the surface of spare parts and attained the goal for rapid detection of many processing parts and surface quality.
