四渎穴埋线法治疗颈型颈椎病49例OACSTPCD
Catgut Implantation at Sidu Acupoint in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis of Cervical Type:An Analysis of 49 Cases
目的:观察四渎穴埋线法治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效,探讨其作用机制.方法:符合入选标准的49例颈型颈椎病患者,予四渎穴埋线治疗,每20天埋线1次,1次为一疗程,3个疗程后观察疗效.结果:治愈35例,显效10例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率为98.0％.结论:四渎穴埋线法治疗颈型颈椎病临床疗效确切,且有良好的即时效应,可临床推广.
Objective: To observe the clinical effect on treating cervical spondylosis of cervical type by catgut implantation at Sidu acupoint. Methods ;49 cases that met the inclusion criteria were treated with catgut implantation at Sidu acupoint every 20 days. One treatment was a course, and the therapeutic effects were evaluated after three courses treatment.
