摘要

Abstract

The Al2O3-TiB2 composite coating was prepared on the surface of the aluminum alloy by reactive spraying. The effect of mechanical alloying, spraying temperature and binder on the morphology of the composite were analyzed. The optimum method of preparation of the coating was found. The microhardness in the coating were tested. The results indicate that the Al2 O3 -TiB2 composite coating milled powder add excess Al by plasma spraying is obtained. The coating with microhardness of 1 300 HVO. 1 has good morphology and microstructures.
