含非线性接触碰撞的大口径舰炮弹链柔性铰多体模型
A multibody model with flexible joints and the nonlinear contact-impact of an ammunition chain of a large caliber naval gun

Abstract
Due to the jamming problem of the ammunition hoist of a large caliber naval gun caused by excessive rocking of shells occurring during the ammunition feeding process, a new ammunition chain multibody dynamic model with flexible joints was established. In the ammunition chain dynamic model, the nonlinear contact - impact and friction characteristics were also considered. Kinematic and dynamic equations of the ammunition chain were developed by using the recursive method, and the calculation methods of stiffness coefficients of flexible joints and contact were also presented. The calculation results which were obtained in the situations where the shell container was made of different materials and the leaf spring had different stiffness coefficients show that a steel shell container can restrict the rocking of shells better than an aluminum container. Also, increasing the leaf spring stiffness coefficient can decrease the rocking of shells but has no obvious effect when it reaches a certain value. The research provides a theoretical basis for decreasing the rocking of shells and improving the feeding reliability and security of a chain feeding platform of a large caliber naval gun.关键词
