辐照地被竹突变体DNA多态性分析
DNA Polymorphic Analysis of Irradiated Dwarf Bamboo Mutants

Abstract
Genomic DNA variation of dwarf bamboo mutants by the irradiation of 137Cs γ-ray using ISSR were analysed and detected. The results showed that the 21 high polymorphic, good repeatable primers were screened from 100 ISSR primers. The effect of ISSR polymorphism were that the amplification parts increased and reduced and the difference of length of amplification parts. The rates of polymorphism from different mutants were 19.46%~72.39% , which showed that the frequency of mutation of genetic material in different mutants, which laid the foundation for the establishment of special dwarf bamboo germ plasm resource.关键词
