Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To discuss the role of clinical pharmacist participating in clinical consultation of the hospital. METHODS : 2 cases of clinical pharmacist participating in clinical consultation of the hospital were sampled and the experiences of clinical pharmacists on pharmaceutical care in clinical consultation of our hospital were introduced. RESULTS: Clinical pharmacists can play a professional role on ADR monitoring, drug-induced diseases prevention and making a plan for individualized medication. CONCLUSION: Clinical pharmacists participating in clinical consultation of the hospital can not only provide strong guarantee for patient's safe and rational drug use, but also continuously enhance the improvement of comprehensive quality.关键词
