Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To investigate chemotherapy regimens, for malignant solitary fibrous tumor and promote rational drug use. METHODS: A case of clinical pharmacist participating in the treatment of intrapleural malignant solitary fibrous tumor was reported. Efficacy of combination therapy of docetaxel and nedaplatin after surgical treatment was observed and related literature was reviewed. RESULTS: After 3 courses of chemotherapy, solitary fibrous tumor recurred and transferred to chest wall on CT scans. Effective chemotherapy regimens of solitary fibrous tumor through literature review included combination therapy of sorafenib with adriamycin,mitomycin C with docetaxel, bevacizumab with temozolomide, and imatinib alone and so on. CONCLUSION: After the patient receives combination therapy of docetaxel with nedaplatin, tumor stable period is 3 months.关键词
