摘要

Abstract

Aiming at some problems occurred during non-destructive inspection in production of longitudinal submerged arc welded pipe unit, such as hydraulic components are damaged by couplant, oil leakage and detecting trolley breakdown. Through optimizing parts of hydraulic system of welded pipe unit, it merged hydraulic station, improved synchronous mode of detecting trolley and chamfering machine, reasonably enlarged hydraulic pipe diameter of hydraulic system. These measures can effectively utilize resource, greatly save electricity energy, reduce oil consumption in oil system, and prolong the life of valves, lower labor work force and increased the competence and utilizing rate of equipment
