基于GIS空间分析技术的城镇用地弹性规划区划定
Delimitation of urban land flexible planning areas based on the spatial analysis technique of GIS

Abstract
In view of the inharmonious relationship between rigidity and flexibility in present integrated land use planning , the concept of flexible planning was applied to the land use planning of Xiushan Town, Chongqing City, and a method of delimiting the urban land flexible planning area using the spatial analysis technique of GIS was proposed. The technical process of the method can be described as follows. The first step is to quantitatively compute the scale of the urban land flexible planning area by using the two-factor prediction model for construction land. The second step is to qualitatively determine the urban expansion, then to evaluate the suitability of construction land by the method of grid image overlay analysis. Next, the theoretical urban land flexible planning area is located by using the ArcGIS software. According to the land use priority, the final location of the urban land flexible planning area can be delimited. To avoid the city scrambles in all directions, the land development within the urban land flexible planning area must be governed by the strict rules.关键词
