Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the practical significance of ADR monitoring model of "physicians reporting, pharmacists assisting". METHODS: ADR monitoring model of "physicians reporting, pharmacists assisting" in our hospital was introduced as well as pharmacists practice. RESULTS: The number of ADR reports increased significantly and the reporting quality was enhanced in our hospital after perfecting ADR monitoring system, formulating work flow, collecting, evaluating, reporting and feeding back ADR. CONCLUSION: In ADR monitoring mode of "physicians reporting, pharmacists assisting", pharmacists play an active role. The mode not only meets the requirements of Management Practices of ADR Reporting and Monitoring and enhances the level of ADR monitoring, but also helps to protect the safety of patient medication.关键词
