The Role of Pharmacists in ADR Monitoring Mode of "Physician Reporting， Pharmacist Assisting"
目的:评价“医师填报、药师辅助”药品不良反应(ADR)监测工作模式的实践意义.方法:介绍我院开展“医师填报、药师辅助”ADR监测的工作模式及药师实践经验.结果:通过关注ADR发生,重视合理使用药品,我院的ADR上报数量大幅提升,上报质量明显提高.结论:“医师填报、药师辅助”ADR监测工作模式中,药师发挥了积极作用,既符合《ADR报告和监测管理办法》的要求,也有助于提升ADR监测水平,保障患者用药安全.
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the practical significance of ADR monitoring model of "physicians reporting, pharmacists assisting". METHODS: ADR monitoring model of "physicians reporting, pharmacists assisting" in our hospital was introduced as well as pharmacists practice.
