Abstract
In this article, it introduced the general situation of using large diameter steel pipe with high strength and heavy wall thickness, which is used in high-rise building as a support component in Japan, also introduced the research and development course, as well as special requirements in mechanical performance and weldability in building pipe produced by JFE Company. Adjusting chemical composition and manufacturing process of steel plate to reduce yield ratio of steel pipe base material, meanwhile considering mechanical performance variety in steel plate before and after pipe forming; adjusting manufacturing process to reduce processing hardness block, such as heating forming and heat treatment after pipe formed, so as to guarantee enough yield ratio and toughness for steel pipe, to meet the application requirements to high-rise building.关键词
