Abstract
[ Objective ] To investigate the clinical therapeutic efficacy of breast intraductal papilloma resection under the localization and guidance of breast fiberoptic ductoscopy. [Methods] From July 2008 to January 2010, 79 patients with single breast intraductal papilloma were admitted to our department, we divided these patients into 2 groups randomly, the observation group included 41 patients, and the breast intraductal papilloma in these patients were resected under the localization and guidance of breast fiberoptic ductoscopy; The control group included 38 patients, and the breast intraductal papilloma in these patients were resected by routine partial gland resection. The clinical therapeutic efficacy was compared between the observation group and the control group. [ Results ] ①Under the localization and guidance of breast fiberoptic ductoscopy, all neoplastic tissues in the observation group were resected, and the operation time was (52.3±5.1)min, the incision length (2.6±0.3)cm, the quality of resected specimens (10.2±1.4)g, the pathological detection rate 95.1%. Moreover, all patients in the observation group have no operative complication. ②There were significant differences in incision length, resected specimens, pathological detection rate, operation time between the observation group and the control group (P <0.05). [ Conclusion ] Under the localizationand guidance of breast fiberoptic ductoscopy, the breast intraductal papilloma resection is of convenience, accurate localization, small lesion, good cosmetic effective, high pathological detection rate, so this technology is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
