关节镜诊治髋关节疾病的临床疗效分析
The analysis of clinical curative effect of hip joint disease by arthroscopy
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] To evaluate the value of arthroscopy for the diagnosis and treatment of hip joint disease. [Methods] Arthroscopy was performed in 59 patients (64 hips) from October 2003 to April 2009. Among the total cases, 29 cases were epiphysis of the femoral head, 2 cases were hip joint corpus liberum, 2 cases were tuberculosis of hip joint, 4 cases were hip osteoarthritis, 11 cases were nontraumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head, 2 cases were synovial chondromatosis, 2 cases were osteochondritis dissecans, 2 cases were acetabular labrum tears, 1 cases were femoroac-etabular impingement, 4 cases were coxarthropathy with indefinite reasons. [Results] 54 patients were followed up for average of 18 months (6 ~ 66 months). The score according to Harris hip joint score evaluation system was 44 point before operation and 89 point after operation. [ Conclusion ] Arthroscopy is very effective in hip joint disease, with advantages of slight wound, quick recovery and few complications.关键词
