Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the content determination of paeoniflorin in Sanjiu weitai granules. METHODS: RP-HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Inertsil ODS-3 C18 column with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (14:86, V/V) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm. The injection volume was 10 μL and column temperature was 35 ℃. RESULTS: The linear range of paeoniflorin was 2.402~60.06 μg·mL-1 (r=0.999 9) with an average recovery of 96.9% (RSD=1.0%, n=6). CONCLUSION: The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used for quality control of the product.关键词
