Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To discuss the approach for outpatient pharmacists of primary hospital to carry out pharmaceutical care. METHODS: The working contents and working pattern of pharmacists were summarized by reviewing the experience of pharmacists carrying out pharmaceutical care in outpatient department of our hospital. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: It is and practical and feasible to carry out active pharmaceutical care by pharmacist in outpatient department. Outpatient pharmacists can provide immediate and direct pharmaceutical care for doctors, nurses and patients by prescription review, medication consultation, intravenous drug monitoring, etc.关键词
