腰痛宁胶囊治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效观察

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To observe therapeutic efficacy of Yaotongning capsules in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. METHODS: 86 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into Yaotongning capsule group and control group with 43 cases in each group. Control group was given acupuncture on waixiyan (double), yanglingquan (double), xuehai (double), liangq-iu (double), zusanli (double), a' shi acupoint, and chose acupoints dialectically, once per day, detention for 40 min. Treatment group was given Yaotongning capsule 5 pieces orally once per day. Before treatment and 10 d, 20 d and 30 d after treatment, the symptom score of rheumatoid arthritis improvement was conducted, and therapeutic efficacy was evaluated 30 d after treatment. RESULTS: The symptom score of Yaotongning group at different time points were significantly lower than that of control group (P< 0.01), and obvious effective rate and total effective rate were higher than those in control group (P<0.01). Control group has no adverse reactions abd treatment group has 2 cases of mild adverse reactions. CONCLUSION: Yaotongning capsules can effectively improve rheumatoid arthritis symptoms, clinical curative effect is significant without obvious side effects.关键词
