Abstract
Objective To establish the method for determining the content of strychnine in Zengsheng Yaogao by HPLC. Methods A HPLC method was carried on kromasil Ci8 column, with acetonitril: equal volume of 0.01 mol/L sodium heptanesulfonate and 0.02 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate sodium (adjusted pH to 2.8 by 10% phosphoric acid)=21 : 79 as mobile phase. The UV detection wavelength was 260 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The calibration curve of strychnine showed good linearity (r2=0.999 9) within the range of 0.125 6-0.471 0 ng and the average recovery was 98.45%, RSD was 0.85%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and with good reproducibility for the determination of strychnine in Zengsheng Yaogao.关键词
