Optimization of Extracting Active Components from Astragalus membranaceus by Orthogonal Experiment
摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize the technology of extracting main active components from Astragalus membranaceus. Methods The transfer rates of Astragalus Polysaccharide and Astragaloside IV were taken as indexes, water addition, extracting time and frequency were selected as 3 factors for investigation and table L9(34) was used to conduct the orthogonal experiment. Results The best extraction technology is to extract for tiwce with 10 fold water solution, and 2 h for each time. Conclusion The extracting technology is reasonable and feasible.关键词
