中药周期疗法治疗乳腺增生病的系统评价
Systimetic Review of Chinese Medicine Periodic Treatment for Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands
摘要
Abstract
Objective To assess the effectiveness of Chinese medicine periodic treatment for hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods By searching in the major databases of CBM, CNKI and VIP, we searched the randomized controlled trials of Chinese medicine periodic treatment for hyperplasia of mammary glands. The quality of the included studies was evaluated by Cochrane reviewer's handbook 4.2.2 recommended standard and the data were analyzed by Cochrane collaboration's RevMan 5.0.18. Results Nine randomized controlled trials involving totally 900 patients were collected. Chinese medicine periodic treatment can improve the efficacy rate of hyperplasia of mammary glands comparing with general treatment by one prescription. Conclusion Available evidence shows that Chinese medicine periodic treatment is more effective than aperiodic treatment. However, because of the limited of the quality and quantity of the included studies, to confirm the efficacy of Chinese medicine periodic treatment for hyperplasia of mammary glands, more high-quality randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trials will be needed.关键词
