腹腔镜下乙状结肠粘连分离术332例分析

Abstract
[Objective] To investigate the safety and feasibility of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of sig-moid colon adhesion. [Methods] The clinical data of 837 of 1116 gynecological laparoscopic surgery performed from January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008 was investigated. The alleviation of left lower quadrant abdominal pain and constipation of 332 patients with sigmoid colon adhesion were evaluated after performed with laparoscopic separation. [Results] In this study, all the 332 patients were successively treated with no one converting to open surgery. The operation time ranged from 1~3 min, the intra -operative blood loss was 0.5-2.0 mL, with no severe complications. Among all the 332 patients, there were 57.83% with left lower quadrant abdominal pain and 55.12% with constipation. The symptoms were correlative with the degree of adhesion (P <0.01). As a result, 40.66% were once misdiagnosed as pelvic inflammatory disease. Those symptoms were obviously alleviated after operation (P < 0.01). [Conclusions] Laparoscopic surgery possesses several advantages in the treatment of sigmoid colon adhesion, such as simple, short-time consuming, less complication, and easing left lower quadrant abdominal pain and constipation. With the high incidence and misdiagnosis, the procedure is worth widely use.关键词
