岭南习用中药五指柑中木犀草素及总黄酮的含量测定
Determination of luteolin and total flavonoids from Folium Vitex negundo
摘要
Abstract
Objective To determine the contents of luteolin and total flavonoids from Folium Vitex negundo. Methods HPLC was performed on kromasil C18 (250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm) column with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.03%H3PO4(25:75) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,and the UV detector was set at 350 nm. Total flavonoids were determined by Aluminum nitrate chromogenic method. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 184 - 1. 564 μg( r = 0. 999 1 ) , and the average recovery ratio was 99. 22%. The average contents of luteolin and total flavonoids from Folium Vitex negundo were 0. 364 and 10. 96 mg/g. Conclusion The determination methods were simple,rapid and reproducible,and suitable for the quality control of Folium Vitex negundo.关键词
