Determination of paeoniflorin and licorice glycoside in Weiling granules by HPLC
目的 建立胃灵冲剂中芍药苷和甘草苷的含量测定方法.方法 采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Hypersil ODS2(5μm,4.6 mm ×200 mm)柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1％(体积分数)磷酸溶液(体积比14∶86),检测波长为237 nm,流速为1.0 mL·min-1.结果 芍药苷的线性范围为0.1140 ～0.5700 μg(r =0.999 3),平均回收率为98.6％(n=6),RSD为0.7％；甘草苷的线性范围为0.211 4～1.057…查看全部>>
