Study on chemical constituents from Sophora flavescens
目的 研究苦参化学成分.方法 采用柱层析色谱方法对苦参进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构.结果 从苦参中分离鉴定了8个化合物,分别为三叶豆紫檀苷(1)、高丽怀素(2)、4-羟基-3-甲氧基-8,9-二亚甲基二氧紫檀素(3)、异去氢淫羊藿素(4)、降脱水淫羊藿素(5)、7,4’-二羟基异黄酮(6)、7-甲氧基-4’-羟基异黄酮(7)、7-甲氧基香豆素(8).结论 化合物7、8为首次从该植物中分离得到,并对化合物4已有报道的碳谱数据进行了补充.
Objective To investigate chemical constituents from Sophora flavesceru. Methods Compounds were isolated and purified by various chromatographic techniques. And their structures were elucidated with physicochemical properties and spectroscopic data.
