静脉滴注加替沙星566例不良反应分析及对策

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical manifestations of adverse drug reactions (ADR) of intravenous gatifloxacin, to provide guidance for clinical drug safety measures. Methods The 566 cases of ADR of gatifloxacin intravenous infusion that occurred in a hospital from June 2009 to September 2010 were reported and analyzed. Results Among the 566 cases of ADR reports,the age of patients ranged from 16 to 89 years,with an average age of 37.51 years; 247 cases were male,319 female, and the male to female ratio was 1:1.29, the incidence of male ADR was slightly lower than female. The most common ADRs were skin symptoms (34. 04% ), gastrointestinal symptoms (21. 13%) and local symptoms at the sites of intravenous administration (17.14%). Conclusion; Problems existed in the intravenous administration of gatifloxacin in the hospital were mainly super indications, high infusion rates. The majority of ADRs can be avoided through better efforts of the reinforcement of rational use of drugs.关键词
