术后疲劳患者手术前后肌电图的变化
Electromyographic changes before and after operation in patients with postoperative fatigue
摘要
Abstract
Objective To determine the electromyographic changes before and after operation in the patients suffering from postoperative fatigue (POF) ,and to analyze its clinical significance. Methods To measure the degrees of POF using scales in different time points before and after operation,42 patients with POF were chosen to undergo electromyogram ( EMC) examinations before and after operation using the instrument of EMG evoked potential. Result All patients experienced fatigue after operation. The EMG of most patients showed a muscle source damage. Conclusion EMG signal analysis is effective for assessing the electrical manifestations of POF.关键词
