摘要

Abstract

Mesangial cell is one of the most active natural cells in renal tissues. Many factors such as high glucose, angiotensin II, aldosterone, mechanical stress, inflammation, and lipid deposition are involved in oxidative stress of mesangial cells, which promote the occurrence and development of glomerular sclerosis including diabetic nephropathy. Thiazolidinediones, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors , and angiotensin-H receptor blockers, adosterone receptor blockers, statins drugs, and antioxidants can alleviate the oxidative stress of mesangial cell.
