广西横县茉莉花产业链调查与发展对策
Investigations on jasmine industrial chain in Hengxian County of Guangxi and strategies for its development
摘要
Abstract
The investigation was performed to survey the current status of jasmine industrial chain in Hengxian County of Guangxi in order to further promote the development of jasmine industry in Hengxian County of Guangxi. [Method]The jasmine production, management of enterprises, involvement of farmers and the market transactions were investigated and statistically analyzed by using random sampling method and semi-structured interviews. [Kesult]The individud size of jasmine planting in Hengxian County was found to be small. Many fanners faced risk of environmental conditions in jasmine planting followed by the market instabilities. The leading enterprises lacked enough strength and blind competition was found to be existed amongst jasmine tea processing enterprises. The jasmine market was characterized by frequent transaction, small single transaction and high transaction costs. Most of the transaction was performed through a-gents. [Conclusion] In order to promote the further development of jasmine industry in Hengxian County, some suggestions were put forward which included establishment of specialized cooperatives for jasmine, improvement of competitiveness and driving force in leading enterprises, proper management and control of jasmine market and raise of standardized production level of jasmine and its value, etc.关键词
