Researches advance in elucidation of molecular mechanism of plant resistance to nematodes
摘要
Abstract
This paper summarized the advances in researches on the elucidation of molecular mechanism of plant resistance to nematodes. The researches on identification and isolation of genes related to the infection and pathopoiesis of nematodes, interaction of nematodes and plant and plant resistance to nematodes were discussed. It has been showed that molecular plant nematology could play an important role in food security and environmental protection aspects in coming decade. The commercialization of crop varieties with resistance to nematodes will enhance the interests for formers in commercially important agricultural crops. The basic research in molecular plant nematology is expanding the inventory of knowledge which can be applied in providing crop resistance to parasitic nematodes in an economically and environmentally beneficial manner.关键词
