钼靶X线与高频超声对乳腺癌的诊断价值比较

摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the value of mammography and high frequency ultrasound on diagnosing breast carcinoma. Methods The mammography and high frequency ultrasound data of 85 patients with breast carcinoma confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results The sensitivity of mammography and high frequency ultrasound was 91.8% and 90.6% respectively, the sensitivity of mammography combined high frequency ultrasound was 94.1% ,and significantly superior to the any single method(P<0.05) ;the main mammographic features of breast carcinoma were masses, microcalcifications,focal of difuse increased density,structural disorder,dilated ducts,tumor vessel,skin thicken,nipple depressed, ultrasonographic appearances were included inhomogeneous hypoechoic, calcifications, abundant blood flow; The mammography were more sensitivity than high frequency ultrasound in detecting the type of calcification breast carcinoma; the signal of blood flow showed in high frequency ultrasound were superior to mammography. Conclusion Mammography combined high frequency ultrasound could effectively increase the sensitivity of breast carcinoma detecting.关键词
