乳腺浸润性导管癌超声特征分析及与淋巴结转移的关系

Abstract
Objective To analyze the ultrasound characteristics of breast invasive ductal carcinoma,and to explore the relationship between main image characteristics and axillary lymph nodes metastasis. Methods The high frequency ultrasound image data of 92 patients with invasive ductal carcinoma confirmed by pathology were analyzed,and then the patients were divided into metastasis group and nonmetastasis group according to the status of axillary lymph nodes metastasis. The pa-dents' age, tumor size, aspect ratio,edge of focus, surrounding condition, internal echo of lesion .posterior echo, level of blood supply, blood flow resistance index were compared between two groups. Results The accuracy of ultrasound for invasive ductal carcinoma was 91.30% postoperation.the main features of image were breast hypoechoic mass within the substantial,irregular form,aspect ratio > 1,marginal spiculated sign,hyperechoic light band of surrounding,micro-calcification,rich blood flow and resistance index >0.70. There were significant difference in tumor size,marginal spiculated sign,hyperechoic light band of surrounding, rich blood flow between metastasis group and nonmetastasis group(P <0. 01). Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound may be helpful in diagnosing of invasive ductal carcinoma with its special imaging features,the characteristic of lymph nodes image combined the typical focus feature may play important roles in diagnosing axillary lymph nodes metastasis.关键词
