高眼压模型大鼠血清中hsp27抗体的检测及其意义
Study of heat shock protein 27 antibody in a rat model of high intraocular pressure

Abstract
Objective To observe the activity of heat shock protein 27 antibody in blood serum in an experimental rat midel of high intraocular pressure and analyze the relation between intraocular pressure and heat shock protein 27 antibody in blood serum. Methods 51 Wistar rats were randomly divided into high intraocular pressure group(n = 34), Sham control group (n = 17). Intraocular pressure (IOP)was elevated by electrocoagulation of three episcleral and limbal veins in the right eye of rats. 1W,2W,4W,6W,8W after operation, the rats were sacrificed in batches after the intraocular pressure of two eyes of each rat was measured and 1 ml blood serum was gathered for ELISA to determine the level of heat shock protein 27 antibody in blood serum. Results The right eye of high intraocular pressure group showed obviously elevated intraocular pressure. The intraocular pressure was 15.00 ±2.498 (mmHg) before operation, 27.44 ±2.776(mmHg)3 days later, 33. 96 ±2. 603(mmHg)2W later,and 35. 50 ±2. 39O(mmHg)after 8W. The difference was significant between the right eye of high intraocular pressure group and between the two eyes of sham control group (P < 0.05), so was the diflerence between high intraocular pressure group and sham control group ( P < 0.05). Conclusions Along with high intraocular pressure and duration of elevated IOP, levels of hsp27 antibody in blood serum increase gradually.关键词
