摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical results of surgical treatment of far lateral lumbar disc herniation. Via the articular process approach. Methods The data of 15 patients with far lateral lumbar disc herniation surgically treated via the articular process approach were collected. Pre - operative and post - operative VAS indexes and ODI indexes were compared. Results All the cases were followed up from 12 to 28 months( mean 21. 2 months). VAS and ODI indexes showed significant difference between pre -operative and post - operative conditions. Conclusions The articular process approach produces good results in treating patients with far lateral lumbar disc herniation.关键词
