摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of full-field digital mammography ( FFDM) in diagnosing minor breast cancer. Methods The mammographic features of 53 patients with minor breast cancer that diameter under 1 cm confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results The mammographic features showed that the form were oval nodus in 19 cases,tabulated nodus in 34 cases;the boundary were clear in 10 cases,inadequate clear in 26 cases, un-clear in 17 cases;the marginal spiculated sign,spine-like process and calcification in nodus were both showed in 23 cases, structural disorder were showed in 28 cases,dilated ducts and abnormal vessels were both showed in 10 cases. Conclusion Full-field digital mammography should be firstly considered for diagnosing of minor breast cancer.关键词
