摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a simple method for the culture of human Muller cells. Methods The human retinal Muller cells were cultured by single enzymatic digestion method and were identified by transmission electron microscope a-nalysis and immunofluorescence staining. Results Human retinal Muller cells showed abundant cytoplasraic,mitochondrion, rough endoplasmic ieticulum,glycogen particles and characteristic 8-10 ran intracellular filaments in the cytoplasm under the transmission electron microscope. More than 95% cells showed green fluorescene in the cytoplasm under fluorescene microscope. Conclusion Human retinal Muller cells could be cultured by a simple enzymatic digestion method successfully.关键词
