慢性心力衰竭患者血浆中介素与一氧化氮相关性研究
Research on Relationship of Intermedin and Nitric oxide in Plasma of Patients with Chronic Heart Failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective To determine the level changes of plasma intermedin( IMD) and nitric oxide( NO) in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) ,and to explore their possible roles in the development of CHF. Methods The plasma levels of IMD and NO were measured by radioimmunoassay and nitrate reductase technique in 54 patients with CHF( including 24 of class I or II, 18 of class III , and 12 of class IV according to the criterion of NYHA) and 16 healthy controls,respectively. Results The plasma levels of IMD in patients were lower 34.4% than that of healthy controls,in which class I or II was decreased 18.8% , class I was decreased 55.6% .class IV was decreased 70.0% (all P <0.01). The plasma levels of NO in patients were significantly higher than that of healthy controls (P < 0.01) , which was increased following the class increasing ( P < 0.05 ). The plasma levels of IMD and NO was positively correlated (r = 0. 41, P < 0. 01). ConclusionTfae plasma level changes of IMD and NO may correlate to the severity of CHF,and the decreasing of IMD level may play an important role in the pathogenesis of CHF.关键词
