Abstract
A 500 kV precision resistor divider for impulse voltage measurement is developed, which can be used for measuring full wave and front-chopped impulse voltage. The divider is simulated through ATP, of which the response characteristic is tested by using a step voltage source. The influencing factors on the response characteristic of the divider are studied, such as damping resistance, high voltage arm's resistance and height above ground. The partial response time of the divider is 7.4 ns, and the overshoot is 18.8 %.关键词
