简化St George's呼吸问卷在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者生活质量评价中的应用
Application of Simplified St George's Respiratory Questionnaire in Evaluating Quality of Life of Patients with COPD

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of quality of life in patents with COPD by assessment of simplified St George's Respiratory Questionnaire ( SGRQ). Methods Fifty questions of three parts ( clinical symptoms, locomotor activity, the effect of daily life) of SGRQ were reduced to twenty-two in the simplified SGRQ and weights were also adjusted relevantly. The two questionnaires were compared and analyzed after 86 patients first diagnosed as having COPD were interviewed and answered the two questionnaires. Results There was no significant difference in the total and the points of all the parts' scores between the two questionnaires (P>0.05), and there was significant correlation in the total and the points of all the parts score between the two questionnaires (P < 0.01). Conclusion The simplified SGRQ does not weaken assessments of quality of life of patients with COPD, and it is also applied more easily in comparison with SGRQ.关键词
