摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the MPP-9 protein expression in chondrosarcoma and its clincal Significance. Methods:Using immunohistochemistry test ( S-P methods) , We examined the expressions of MPP-9 protein in 28 cases of chondrosarcoma, 12 cases of benign cartilage tumor and 10 cases of normal cartilage as control group. Results: The expression of MPP-9 protein was 71. 43% in chondrosarcoma. The positive rate of MPP-9 in chondrosarcoma was significantly higher than that in normal cartilage tissue and cartilage tumor. Conclusion: MPP-9 protein expression is closely related to tumorigenesis of chondrosarcoma, suggesting that MPP-9 protein may serve as a valuable marker for histologic grade,malignant development and prognostic assessment of chondrosarcoma.关键词
