广西侗族人群ABO及Rh血型分布调查分析
The investigation and analysis of ABO and Rh blood type distribution in Guangxi Dong nationality

Abstract
Objectives To survey ABO and Rh blood type distribution and gene frequency in Guangxi Dong nationality. Method; 1,927 unrelated people of Guangxi Dong nationality were randomly collected and the ABO/Rh blood type were identified and analyzed. Results The feature of ABO blood type distribution was: O> B>A>AB? The gene frequency was p(A) = 0.1556.q(B)=0.1920>r(O) = 0. 6524; Rh(D) negative rate was 0. 052%, d gene frequency was 0. 0228. Eight phenotypes were found in Rh blood type, CCDee frequency was highest (65. 28%), CCDEE phenotype was not found. Cde(0. 8080) was highest in the combination of gene frequency. Conclusion:The distribution of ABO and Rh blood type in Guangxi Dong nationality is accord with the feature of distribution in China southern minority nationalities, but Rh negative ratio is obviously lower than Han nationality.关键词
