摘要
Abstract
Objective;To observe the efficacy and safety of cisplatin compound bitter infusion injection with malignant pleural effusion cisplatin. Methods: Patients with malignant pleural effusion 60 cases divided into the treatment group and control group each ( 30 cases ) , using random group contrast method. Treatment group were treated by 40 mg cisplatin, compound bitter injection 20 ml into joint chest;Control group use cisplatin 60 mg into the chest. Results:The patients efficient rate and quality of life are better than control group(P<0.05) ,two groups have similar adverse reactions(P>0.05). Conclusion;Cisplatin compound bitter and injection malignant pleural effusion treatment cisplatin method is more effective, safe, and less side effects.关键词
