Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment allergic purpura nephritis. Methods;66 patients with allergic purpura nephritis were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. In the control group, the general 33 cases on the basis of conventional treatment combined with tripterygium glucosides piece of treatment, the treatment group on the basis of the control treatment,the rules were as follows;breeze spread to invigorate the evil,circulate blood and stop bleeding;clearing heatand remove toxions,cool blood to remove toxions;yiqi and tonifying yin,cool blood to remove stasis;activating blood circulation and eliminating stasis. Course was six months. Watch curative effect of two groups before and after treatment, the number of the 24 h urine red blood cells, blood protein urine albumin, quantitative indexes, such as changes in serum creatinine. Results; The efficient rate of treatment group and control group 90.9% and 69.7% ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion; Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of allergic purpura nephritis curative effect is distinct.关键词
