建瓴汤结合胃复安治疗脑卒中后顽固性呃逆的疗效观察OACSTPCD
Clinical Observation of Combining Metoclopramide Treatment Stroke of Intractable Hiccups
目的:观察中西医结合治疗脑卒中后顽固性呃逆的临床疗效.方法:对脑卒中后顽固性呃逆患者,肌肉注射胃复安,加用中药建瓴汤水煎服,每日1剂,并配合针刺攒竹穴等每日1次.结果:治疗组有效率96.78％,对照组有效率23.33％,两组比较,差异有显著性(P＜0.05),有统计学意义.结论:胃复安抑制延脑的催吐化学感受器,具有较强的镇吐作用,伍用重镇、降逆止呕的中药建瓴汤、配合针刺攒竹穴抑制膈神经及腹腔迷走神经的兴奋,治疗脑卒中顽固性呃逆疗效确切,有互补作用…查看全部>>
Objective;To observe the clinical curative effect of combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment intractable hiccups after stroke.
