摘要
Abstract
Based on the research of streaming communication mechanism and parameters control principle, this paper presents an point-to-point self-adaptive transmission strategy for streaming media in 3G wireless network, which includes estimation for communication link rate, principle of self-adaptive media rate control and stream track control, control of buffering feedback from clients. Analysis result shows that media server can adapt media rate and streaming track in according with network link situation and feedback parameters of clients, effectively avoid buffer underflow and overflow, achieves the purpose of using the network bandwidth resources.关键词
