生石膏对大鼠胃酸分泌及胃粘膜屏障的影响
Effects of Gypsum on Gastric Acid Secretion and Gastric Mucosal Barrier Function in Rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective;To investigate the mechanisms of cold -property Gypsum on gastric mucosal lesion in rats. Methods ; Thirty male SD rats were randomized into three groups: control group, Gypsum gastric gavage group and NS gastric gavage group (NS). The animals Gastric mucosal blood flow(GMBF) was measured directly by laser doppler flowmeter ( LDF) , the gastric wall mucus( GWM) , fasting gastric juice volume and acidity were measured. The gastric mucosa levels of EGF and NO were measured. Results;Compared with the control group, the mean value of GMBF and GWM were decreased; The gastric juice volume and acidity were increased; The level of EGF and NO were great decreased in the Gypsum group. There was slightly difference between the control and the NS groups. Conclusion:The Gypsum can injure the stomach of rats, and this characteristic may be connected with its damage of gastric mucosal barrier function.关键词
