中医药治疗晚期胃癌临床对照试验疗效的文献分析
Controlled clinical Trials of TCM Therapy in the Treatment of Advanced Gastric Cancer:An Analysis of Relavant Literatures
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of TCM therapy on advanced gastric cancer from the literatares of 2005 to 2010. Methods;Articles on TCM therapy for advanced gastric cancer published from 2005 to 2010 were collected,then the whole text was read to get the related information. The date was descriptively analyzed. Results; There were 2213 articles on TCM therapy for gastric cancer,28 of which were meet the inclusion criteria. Median overall survival time was 9. 2 -17. 819 months,and one and, two years survival rates were 65. 2% -78% ,22. 5% -61% respectively. The response rate was 43. 8% -67%. Conclusion;TCM therapy has an important value for improving the prognosis of patients with advanced gastric cancer. However,the quality of Controlled Trials literatures on TCM therapy need to be further improved.关键词
