Effective Compositions of Polygoni Cuspidati (V) :Study on Spectrum- effect Relationship of Dlood Sedimentation Rate
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the fingerprints correlated with pharmacodynamics on the basis of HPLC fingerprint and the Blood Sedimentation rate of acute blood stasis rats in order to identify the effective compounds of the blood sedimentation rate potency of acute blood stasis rats. Method; Studied the inherent connections between HPLC fingerprint and the blood sedimentation rate potency of acute blood stasis rats of polygonum cuspidatum with the method of the partial least squares regression (PLSR) . Result: Effective compounds consisted of five peaks X3,X4,X5, X17,X18 of the fingerprint, which played the most important role in the blood sedimentation rate potency. Conclusion; The traditional Chinese medicine based on correct syndrome differentiation and was according to the effect of Chinese medicine for the treatment. Therefore, the effective compounds'which reflect the Chinese medicine efficacy was the key of quality evaluation of TCM.and the representative of the effective compositions should be verified eventually by efficacy.关键词
