藏药川西千里光中倍半萜类成分的研究
Isolation and Structural Elucidation of Eremophilenolides from Senecio Solidagineus Hand.-Mazz.
摘要
Abstract
Objective;To isolate and identify the chemical constituents from the whole plant of Senecio solidagineus Hand.- Mazz. , which has been used as traditional herb medicine in the treatment of some diseases. Methods;The compounds were isolated by column chromatography and their structures were elucidated through spectroscopic analysis ( NMR). Results; Six eremophilenolides were isolated and identified as; 1 (3,8a - dihydroxyeremophil -7(11), 9- dien - 8β, 12-olide( I), 10 -hydroxyeremophil-7(ll) -en-8,12 -olide(Ⅱ) 8 ,10 - dihydroxyeremophil-7(11)-en -8,12- olide ( Ⅲ ) , 10 - hydroxy - 8 methoxyeremophil -7(11) -en- 8,12 - olide ( IV ) , 6 - hydroxyeremophil - 7 (ll)-en-8,12 - olide( V ), 10 - hydroxyeremophil -7( 11) ,8(9) -dien-8,12 - olide ( VI). Conclusion: All compounds were isolated from Senecio solidagineus Hand. - Mazz for the first time.关键词
