摘要
Abstract
Objective;To establish a HPLC method to detdrmine the content of ephedrine Hydrochloride in Ganmao soft capsules. Meth-ods;Shimpack VP-ODS C18 column was used,The mobile phase of acetonitrile -0. 1% phosphoric acid - triethylamine (3 : 97 : 0.1) at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min and the detection wavelength was set at 207 nm,the column temperature was 40 ℃. Results:The calibration curve of ephedrine hydrochloride was in a good linearity over the range of 0. 168 - 0. 840 μg( r = 0. 999 6 ) . The average recovery was 98. 65% . With RSD of 1. 12% (n =6) . Conclusion:The method is simple,feasible and reproducible,and it can be used for the quality control of Ganmao soft capsules.关键词
