The Effect of Aloe Polysaccharide on c - fos Protein Expression of Rats with Cerebral Ischemia
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the further mechanism of aloe polysaccharide on rats with cerebral ischemia. Method: In order to observe the neuro - protective effect of aloe polysaccharide on cerebral ischemia, the rats with incomplete cerebral ischemia were induced. It was detected the effects of aloe polysaccharide on protein expression of c - fos. Results: AP could increase the expression of c - fos protein in cerebral cortex and improve behaviouristics of the mice. Conclusion ; Aloe polysaccharide has a protectve effect on rats with cerebral ischemia and restrain the expression of gene and protein interrelated with c - fos.关键词
